Easy Air Fryer Asparagus Parmesan

I love asparagus! Air-Fried Asparagus adds just the right fresh touch to any dinner, including chicken, steak or fish without needing a ton of oil and fat!

Ingredients for Air-Fried Asparagus

Asparagus

Olive oil

Parmesan cheese

Black pepper

Salt

How to Make 3 Ingredient Air-Fried Asparagus

  1. Rinse and dry. Rinse the spears under cool water to remove any grit and dry by gently rolling them in a kitchen towel.
  2. Grease air fryer: Spray the basket with baking spray to avoid sticking.
  3. Trim off the ends. Trim/snap off the ends and spread the asparagus evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Add oil and season. Season your asparagus with black pepper, salt and a drizzle of olive oil. 
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Add grated parmesan on top of the asparagus. 
  6. Cook. Set your air fryer to 400 F and cook for 7 minutes.

Air-fried asparagus will keep well in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

A simple air-fried asparagus recipe that is perfectly crispy, without needing a ton of oil! Adjust cooking time accordingly, based on the thickness of the asparagus.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

    1. Rinse and dry. Rinse the spears under cool water to remove any grit and dry by gently rolling them in a kitchen towel.
