  • Salt & pepper- to taste

How to Make Avocado Egg Toast:

SAUTEE THE MUSHROOMS:

  • Thinly slice your mushrooms.
  • Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a pan on medium heat.
  • When the oil is glistening, add your mushrooms. Cook until your mushrooms have released their water, and are turning nice and golden brown: 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove to a plate and set aside.

PREPARE THE EGGS:

  • Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the same pan and heat over medium heat.
  • Crack your eggs, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook to the desired doneness, then remove from the heat.

TOAST THE BREAD:

Toast 2 slices of bread until the desired crispiness. 1-2 minutes.

AVOCADO:

While the bread toasts, mash a ripe avocado using a fork.
