Hi! I’m not sure why they didn’t crisp up. They usually come out very crispy with me, but do turn soft if not served right away.
Maybe you can try a 90% – 95% fat beef and see if that will help. You can also try baking them in the oven or on an open grill pan on the stove top instead of an electric grill. Hope this helps!

I had one problem… Every time I grilled it on the electric grill it came soft. I tried many times, it still came out soft and not crispy or it burned. High heat low heat medium heat still soft. Can you advise please?
